Irrational Beliefs
I have been wondering about the truth involving astrology and other similar beliefs. Most people believe them hoping for a better future that will be revealed to them, or how to avoid impending disaster. I have seen many persons frittering away their resources by indulging in these beliefs. Can any one with more experience tell me what is true and what is not?

Inflation in India!

Today's news is that inflation in India has gone up to 11%. I think that the main cause of this surge is due to the widespread coverage in the media on this issue. Everyone, from the casual worker to the business magnate has been made aware of this inflation. So everyone raises the prices of whatever things he or she is selling. It was not like this in old days; very few were aware of inflation and what the effects of it were. I think that the less publicity about inflation, the better it will be. But, of course, everyone has a right to get the right information.
